For more than 50 years, I&I Soft Craft Solutions has been the expert in executing innovative soft craft solutions that inspire lasting client relationships. Founded as Insulations Incorporated in 1970, we were established as a specialty contractor focused on industrial insulations and coatings services. Through the years we have grown to provide maintenance and construction clients all soft crafts including fireproofing, heat tracing, painting, refractory, scaffolding, and insulation services — domestically and overseas.

Material Supply & Fabrication
Efficient material management is critical to execution reliability, cost control, and schedule performance. Whether bulk and fabricated material supply to Advanced Work Plan packaging, we are able to facilitate material needs for your project — including customized project needs and timely delivery. I&I will also fabricate your material on-site, at a major fabricator’s yard or in the field.
Controls & Automation
I&I designs, builds, and installs the power distribution equipment and control systems industrial facilities run on — from primary switchgear and transfer switches to the PLCs and HMIs that monitor and control the process.
Every panel is custom-engineered and UL-listed, built at our Houston manufacturing facility and backed by the same turnkey approach we bring to every project: engineering, design, procurement, supervision, installation, commissioning, and QA/QC.
